My keyboard is not working.
First, try unplugging the keyboard from your computer and plugging it into a different USB port.
If the keyboard still doesn't respond, try another known-good keyboard on your computer. If the known-good keyboard works, then open a Web Help Desk work order ticket for a new keyboard.
If the known-good keyboard doesn't work either, try restarting the computer.
If that doesn't fix it, please open a Web Help Desk work order ticket to have your computer repaired or swapped out. Please be sure to include your computer barcode number.
