How do I move pages in Word 2011?
In Word, pages must be copied then pasted to their new location in the document to change the page order.
Highlight all the material on the page you wish to move, then select Edit->Cut from the Menu Bar. This will remove the material from the document and copy it to the Word clipboard. Move the cursor to the new location in the document, and select Edit->Paste from the Menu Bar to add the page material from the clipboard to the document.
Note: If you are using the Publication layout, then pages are not automatically added as the content increases. Pages are added or deleted by selecting Insert --> New Page or Insert --> Delete Page from the menu bar. Pages are added or removed based on the current cursor position in the document.
