Hit the Stop or Pause button on the printer so no pages (or no more pages) of the print job will print. Turn the printer off, count to ten, then turn it on again to clear the print job from printer memory.
If your print job hasn't printed yet or is a large print job, you may need to clear the job request from the print queue.
A printer icon appears in your dock after a print request.
Double click the printer icon in the dock to open the printer dialogue window. Select the job you wish to delete, then click the Delete
icon in the upper left corner.
The print job will be removed from the job queue. Close the printer dialogue window. The printer icon will disappear from your dock when the print queue is empty.
