My document camera shows an error "Computer 2 source not supported." - or -no image at all on the screen.
If your document camera doesn't display an image and/or shows the error "Computer 2 source not supported," check the camera to see that it is set to RGB mode. There is a small switch located on the side of the document camera and when it slides to TV mode, the camera won't show anything.
Turn the mode switch to RGB and the camera image will show on the screen.
If you still have problems after switching to RGB mode, please fill out a Web Help Desk ticket. Be sure to include the barcode number of the document camera as well as the room number where it is located.
