I can’t log into Employee Online because of an error message that says ‘Access Restricted’
Employee Online now forces users out to an ‘Access Restricted’ page if the user leaves a session idle for a long period of time. That ‘Access restricted’ page can get stored in your computer’s cache/cookies and therefore will not clear itself if you keep using the same browser to access EO. To avoid this issue, please log out of every session by using the ‘Log out’ button located at the top right corner of the screen.
How to fix this issue:
- Clear browser cache and cookies (Recommended) - Follow the instructions in KB Article 111 to clear the cache in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
- Try a different browser (Temporary fix)
