How To Edit Distribution Groups
Follow these steps to edit a group or review information about a group. Please do not make changes other than group membership as altering other settings might make groups unusable.
Select Settings (1) > Mail (2) > General (3) > Distribution groups (4) > Distribution groups I own (5). The groups that you are a member of will load; if you are part of a lot of groups, it can take some time for the list of groups to load.
In the dialog box, select the group you want to edit. You can search for a group by typing all or part of its name in the search window, and then selecting the search icon.
Select Edit (5).
Select Membership. Make the changes you want by using the plus or minus button to add or remove members.
Removing users is simple; just push the minus. Clicking the plus will bring up a directory window. Scroll to find the user(s) you would like to add or find their name with the search box. To add them to the distribution list, click the plus button next to their name. Added names will appear in the Members box. These can be removed by clicking the x.
Select Save to save your changes, or Cancel to leave without saving.
If you have popup windows blocked, this can prevent the directory editing window from opening. Review KB article 515 for more information about adjust how your browser handles popup windows.
