How do I open another email account that I manage in Outlook?
If you manage multiple email accounts, they should automatically appear in the left navigation pane in your Outlook email. You may need to scroll to the bottom of the left pane, or collapse your account using the caret to the left of your username.
You can also open another account you manage in a separate browser tab by following these steps:
1. Click on your name in the top right bar of the Outlook window.
2. Select Open another mailbox...
3. In the pop up window, type in the email address of the account you need to manage. Select Open.
4. A new browser tab will automatically open providing access to manage the account independently from your own NSD account.
