How to use a Delegated Account in Outlook
Many staff have additional Outlook accounts shared with them so they can check the email, see the calendars, and/or send email from the account. This may be a generic account for the job position such as cook, counselor, or attendance secretary or it may be a club, department or other group address or possibly even the account of your predecessor, if you are new to the position.
