How do I update Zoom on my district issued Mac, PC, or Chromebook?
Zoom is constantly updating their software to add new features and fix issues. Please keep Zoom updated on your computer using one of the following methods:
Mac Users: Quit the Zoom application. Open Self Service and Install “District Resources: Zoom [version and date]” If you're unsure what version of Zoom is on your Mac, it won't hurt to run the update again. PC Users: Independently run the Zoom update on your PC when prompted by the application. If you aren't prompted to update by the application, you can manually check for updates by clicking on your picture/initials in the upper-right corner of your Zoom window and selecting "Check for Updates."
Chromebook Users: The Zoom Chromebook extension updates automatically upon restart. It is a good idea to restart your Chromebook at least 2 times a week.
