Zoom functions missing or incomplete

If Zoom functions are limited or incomplete:

  1. Check Self Service for Zoom updates. Running the Self Service Zoom policy will install the most recent district vetted version of Zoom. There is no risk to running the policy multiple times, and running the policy does not remove or alter any existing Zoom meetings connected to your account.   2. If you are using web-based Zoom, try using the Zoom application in your Applications folder. 
  3. If you are using web-based Zoom, clear the browser cache and try again. Instructions for clearing the cache are in KB #553
  4. If staff accidentally log in to Zoom with their @app.nsd.org account rather than their @nsd.org account, a second, limited, Zoom account is created (by Zoom). If you suspect this happened to you, create a ticket at https://helpdesk.nsd.org and we will merge the two accounts to the @nsd.org account. Any meetings connected to the @apps.nsd.org account are transferred to the @nsd.org account.

If Zoom is still misbehaving, create a ticket at https://helpdesk.nsd.org
