Can you help me with my home computer, network, software, or personal iPod, iPhone, or other device?

The NSD Technology Department does not provide support for home computers, software, networks, smart phones, iPads, iPods, or other personal devices. Check your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or device manufacturer's website for support links.

Email At Home
The recommended method for checking your NSD email from home is to use Zimbra, the district's web based mail. You can log in to web mail at https://mail.nsd.org.

District Software Home Use Agreements
The Northshore School District has agreements with a few software companies that allow software to be installed on a home computer. This agreement is an annual subscription that provides Northshore with comprehensive, District wide license coverage for the following applications. A part of that agreement allows staff members to use the software on their home computer. Please read the Agreement and User Acceptance Form for more details on installing the following software on your home computer:

Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also available to district staff to install on their home computers. The agreement includes a small fee paid to Microsoft and requires a different process. Details are in kb article #348.

If you have questions about software home use agreements, please contact Tanja Fournier at tfournier@nsd.org.
