How do I change the picture wallpaper on my Desktop and screen saver settings on my Macintosh computer?

Change the Desktop Wallpaper

  1. Click on the Apple Menu in the upper left corner of your screen and select System Preferences.
  2. In the top row, click on the Desktop & Screensaver button.
  3. On the Desktop tab, select the image you'd like to use as your Desktop background. You can scroll down the list on the left side of the window to access your iPhoto Library and Albums.

Change Screen Saver settings

  1. Click on the Apple Menu in the upper left corner of your screen and select System Preferences.
  2. In the top row, click on the Desktop & Screensaver button.
  3. On the Screen Saver tab, select the screen saver you'd like to use. You can scroll down the list on the left side of the window to access your iPhoto Library and Albums.
  4. Use the slider on the lower right side to adjust the amount of time before the screen saver turns on. You can also set Hot Corners by clicking on the Hot Corners button.
