How Do I Switch Between Reply and Reply All For My Default Send Type?
By default, Outlook Web Access uses Reply All as its send type. All users are urged to change their account's default reply setting to "Reply." Please do this by following these short steps:
1. Click on any email in your inbox.
2. Click on the caret next to Reply All.
3. Select Change Default.
4. Select Reply.
*Note that you can still chose to Reply All to individual messages when it is appropriate to do so.
