Note: If you just recently changed your NSD password, you will need to run the Keychain Fix from Self Service
1. Go to the Applications folder and look for the Self Service icon.
2. When you launch Self Service, you will be prompted to log in. Use your NSDNet username and password then click the login button.
3. Click on the 1st Aid category. Choose 1st Aid: Fix Keychain Error. This patch will restart your computer after a few moments. Save your work prior to installing.
4. Click the install button.
Your Keychain password has now been reset (or re-created) and you should not get prompted for it again. If you receive an error message or if the Keychain prompt continues to to pop up, please call Tech Support at x6688 or open a Web Help Desk work order ticket.
