In ActivInspire, my toolbar is missing or frozen.


Reset your ActivBoard Profile to resolve this issue. You can display the ActiveBoard Preference to rest the profile in three ways:

  1. Press the Command key and the J key.
  2. Choose View -> Customize from the ActivInspire menu bar.
  3. Choose ActiveInspire -> Preferences from the ActivInspire menu bar.

Reset the problematic profile using the profile reset button (the one with two circling red arrows in the upper right corner of the Preferences window. See below.)
