Troubleshooting

If you previously set up Apple Mail on your personal iPhone, you will need to (1) edit the server name from mail.nsd.org to outlook.office365.com , (2) change username to your full email address, and (3) confirm that the email address is your username@nsd.org. Go to Settings -> Passwords & Accounts . Choose your district email account (the name or description here may vary as this can be customized…default name is "Exchange"). Choose your username @nsd.org email account, and edit the server name from mail.nsd.org to outlook.office365.com . Then, change the username from your username to your full email address (replace username with username@nsd.org). At the top, confirm that the email field has your username@nsd.org.
